Poor customer service and courtesy
The app does not give the proper location so they came saying they were at my house and when they didn’t see the cars outside they left and went to another customer instead of using the details and my phone number to call and ask me where the cars are. Because of their faulty app the location showed somewhere else other than my house. They never rang the bell or bothered calling me. Also through messages the owner told me once they arrived at my house after I sent them the location from my phone the second time he told me he would call or message me when they arrived and he never did. Very poor service. You have a lot of competition and you need to learn customer service and courtesy.
