What happened?
I don’t know why they changed this app but you can no longer use it to pay to park which was the whole point. You cannot even register from the app you have to do it online first.
Name change without “parking” bad idea
This app is immediately deleted with a name like xforce.
Ok app. Expensive parking
Do yourself a favor and look for a real lot before settling into one of theirs. $15 for a one time pass or $1.50 an hour at a nearby city garage.

Default time is 7 hours?! What about parking for 2 or 3 hours? More flexibility please.
Didn’t Work
We really liked they idea if it would have functioned properly. I used the app to physically locate and then pay in cash at the lots. Because the App would not accept my payment thru Venmo. A grey screen popped up said pay now. But it was stuck and frozen. Tried several times.
So then went to support link on the app and it said “ 404 Error the page you are looking for no longer exist “
Also - we thought you should be able to just click or tap the parking lot you want and the App would go to maps and navigate you. Instead you have to read the address- remember it - then go to google maps to GPS to the lot.
Needs work but if all this got fixed we like the idea and would try again next time we are in the Charleston area. Thanks !

Pricier using app then paying when you are there.
For the ballgame parking is $5. Using the app it’s $5.45. Doesn’t save money like description says. App worked fine though.
Finally a solution to downtown parking!
This app is amazing! I live in downtown Charleston and HaH makes its so easy to find a convenient parking space wherever I’m headed.
