App no longer connects to servers after 16.1.
Needs update quick for iOS 16.1
After updating to iOS 16.1 no internet connection can be established preventing access to servers including Milestone’s Demo server. Need patch quick or a contract for us to fix it for you. Chop Chop!
IOS 16.1 IPhone Software Update
After updating to iOS 16.1, Xprotect Mobile will not connect to the server…indicating a connection error. Hopefully this glitch will be resolved soon
Broken after IOS 16.1
After the upgrade to IOS 16.1, the app doesn’t allow connections to the server. Even Milestone’s demo server doesn’t work. Let’s hope someone will fix it.
Can’t connect anywhere but the office.
I can only get it to connect unless I’m connected to the same WiFi as my cameras, which defeats the purpose of needing a mobile app.

When it’s running it’s great but I can guarantee that at some point when I’m away from home for longer than a couple of weeks the app will fail and I’m left wondering if my electricity has cut out or if it’s just the failure of the app
