This App is so bad that I wouldn’t even go.
The app is so terrible to the point it makes going to the museum a waste of time and money. The graphics are jittery, the video doesn’t save, there’s no way to know if you’re recording, absolute waste of time.
Not intuitive- once you “allow” microphone won’t let you take photos or record on an iPhone
Not a good Ap for an iPhone. You can see the moving art, but when you try to record a video, it demands access to the microphone. Once you do that you can’t take photos or video.

App keeps crashing, literally have to restart the app every single time to take a picture and video.

Too many crashes
While per ticket charge of 25SGD was worth it but frequent crashing of app was irritating. Despite of great work folks did at the museum we got frustrated with the app and left hurriedly !!!
Keep crashing within few seconds
This app kept crashing on my two iPhone 11s running latest IOS 13.3. we were with family visiting one of the trick eye museum and this app kept crashing every few seconds. the worst part it takes ages to load and get to the camera screen. I have used a different app (or older version of the app: not sure) during my previous visit. That worked perfectly. This app is useless if its kept crashing and taking ages to load when u have people standing in the queue to take photos at the museum. I would give 0 star to this app if I can.

La experiencia en el museo fue adecuada pero la app la arruina, no está bien optimizada, se traba y reinicia constantemente, la ar funciona bien pero la resolución de la imagen es pésima.

Fue una experiencia fenomenal, ya que las fotografías tienen un efecto impresionante el cual se ve muy real.
Muy lenta
Es demasiado lenta la aplicación, se cierra multiple veces, hace mala la experiencia del museo, al fallar tanto no potencializa la experiencia misma. Tarda en identificar el cuadro, no es consistente en un teléfono puede leer la imagen cuando en otro teléfono no lo hace, consume mucha batería.
