Ya no funciona
A raíz de la actualización a iOS 16 dejo de funcionar alegando que el dispositivo no reconoce el accesorio

I used this to transfer photos and more to my computer easily done i look forward to buying more of these in the future
Inefficient software
I had no luck with this. And I’m worried that I may not be able to upload my photos back to my phone. I will hold onto this until you fix your app. Otherwise it’s a waste.
Freezes and won’t work
Piece of junk. The app freezes every time I try to transfer my photos to the SD card. If I wanted the hassle I would’ve just plugged my phone into the computer. It’s far easier to just purchased a 1TB hard drive and transfer your files onto it. I thought this would be an on the go time saver but it doesn’t work at all. I will be returning the device back to where I purchased it and uninstalling the app for good. This needs aLA LOT of work before it will work.

Works Great! Needs a Update
App needs to be able to let you choose where to download your files to your iPhone or the external storage. Would be nice to be able to organize folder locations and better access to files and able to upload/download both ways...other then that, it’s a great usb drive. Till then will be 5 stars.
App is useless!
This app crashes literally every time! I haven’t been able to do anything with the xtra mini drive. It really was a waste of money.
Photo transfer is only 1 way offloading from device.
That’s right you bought the hardware you downloaded the app and while you were able to copy your photos & videos to the external drive, there’s no way in hell they’re going to let you import other photos back into your iOS device (Some of us use apps that have workflows but NO! Let’s cripple the users workflow).
If the company ever stopped to think that the people who go out of their way to buy a cantankerous attachment to their Apple device might actually be doing something productive that would require unfettered import export access to him and other things the photos app, They might actually create a product that provides UTILITY.

slo and clunky
...does NOT play files from reader; requires download from reader, which takes looooong... a 5minute 4k video is 3.9GB and took 6 minutes for this app to load that single file from microSD... then app displays error code @ “Failure to Read” a *.MOV file.
bought this junk expecting to play files from microSD recordings from drone...
i don’t want to sit around and tit’round trying to struggle with error codes.
bummer. like an idiot, i blindly paid $60 for a reader that is nothing more than a key ring... very disappointed.
