About
Xtra Time is for youth soccer players, parents and fans of the game in Canada. We are an urban soccer centre in Waterloo, Ontario, and we want to give more people access to resources that can support their growth and development as footballers. This app contains content to help you get the most out of the game, including sports science, home training assignments, stories of Canadian footballers, and more. We also host community discussions around topics that parents and players tell us they’re interested in.
All coaching is led by David Edgar Football Coaching (DEFC) and home assignments and resources found on this app are related to the development methodology we coach at Xtra Time.
