I made 2 different accounts and it would not send me a email verification code at all I tried on 2 different phones and with 2 different emails would not use

I downloaded this so I could control my led lights, (my leds have worked with other apps) and the app wouldnt even control the lights. Im 12 and surprisingly not I have lost the remote to my lights so I cant control them from the remote so I downloaded this app thinking “oh this should work” and it made me PUT IN MY EMAIL!!! for what?? and shockingly enough I cant even control my lights!!! Do not download this!!

I didn’t log into my app for a while bc I Wasent home and it logged me out so I put my login in and it keeps saying it’s wrong when it’s not.

color change
the app only lets me turn on and off the lights and nothing else. i can’t change the colors or anything and ive clicked every button there is on the app and i still can’t change the colors.
Great product
It is a great app to go with the great LEDs and it has lots of different modes and I thought I would have to pay 7.99 a WEEK on another app great product
Door/Window Sensor & app
The door/window sensor would notify me with a sound on my iPhone when door/window was opened. Since the app was updated 7 months ago there is no longer a critical alert or time sensitive alert setting making the sensor nearly useless unless I am home; for I have a light turn on when the sensor is tripped. The app needs a major update to fix this asap!
Update - 6/4/2026 - This issue still has yet to be resolved. I called customer support and advised them of this issue and they said they hadn’t had any calls regarding this problem! The app still has not been updated!

Works fine, but annoying
I think it's dumb that you need to make an account and agree to a terms of service just to use lights. It'll sign you out every now and then, the amount of times I've had to reset my password simply to change the color is ridiculous.

So I’ve been using it for a little and I had to factory reset my phone and it won’t let me login and I’ve tried signing up and it says that email and password is already in use……🤨🤨
Idk about this app
it works good but It took me a day to connect and prob cu I'm 10. But also two days in the app did no work at all my LEDS started glichting and not working AT ALL
Email never sent
Yeah yeah the lights work but when I try to register my email never gets sent the confirmation , I’ve use multiple emails and have checked them and was never sent an confirmation

Doesn’t work
Resent verification email like 30 times. Never got it. Tried changing my email to see if that was the problem. Was told to contact support. Really shoulda just made a remote instead of some lame app like every other company just tryna soak up space on ur phone.

Worst app ever
Ok so I set up my led lights and then did the app I connected the app fine and the app broke the light can’t change some of the light and one keeps flashing and it will not change color at all the led light we’re good but the ruined then so now the trash
absolute trash LED lights
first of all they’re bad quality, and how the brand is trying to be “quirky” or “different” or “modern” by not giving the buyer a LED light remote to easily control the lights is so ridiculous. At first when i was registering for the app it didn’t send the email to confirm and i had to use a different one. The LED lights wouldn’t even show up in the blue tooth connect and after like an hour i just threw them away.

Fix your stupid app bro like for real this is the dumbest idea to have an app in the first place. You would think that with an app for the lights it would be more convenient but it’s not it’s dumb as hell and doesn’t want to connect when my lights are on. Waste of money and time.
