Idk about this app
it works good but It took me a day to connect and prob cu I'm 10. But also two days in the app did no work at all my LEDS started glichting and not working AT ALL
Email never sent
Yeah yeah the lights work but when I try to register my email never gets sent the confirmation , I’ve use multiple emails and have checked them and was never sent an confirmation
Not ringing on my phone
Why this new doorbell camera is not ringing on my phone!
Doesn’t work
Resent verification email like 30 times. Never got it. Tried changing my email to see if that was the problem. Was told to contact support. Really shoulda just made a remote instead of some lame app like every other company just tryna soak up space on ur phone.

Worst app ever
Ok so I set up my led lights and then did the app I connected the app fine and the app broke the light can’t change some of the light and one keeps flashing and it will not change color at all the led light we’re good but the ruined then so now the trash
absolute trash LED lights
first of all they’re bad quality, and how the brand is trying to be “quirky” or “different” or “modern” by not giving the buyer a LED light remote to easily control the lights is so ridiculous. At first when i was registering for the app it didn’t send the email to confirm and i had to use a different one. The LED lights wouldn’t even show up in the blue tooth connect and after like an hour i just threw them away.

Stupid
Fix your stupid app bro like for real this is the dumbest idea to have an app in the first place. You would think that with an app for the lights it would be more convenient but it’s not it’s dumb as hell and doesn’t want to connect when my lights are on. Waste of money and time.

I got the led lights and they do not work with Alexa the microphone is delayed and the lights fell off the wall even after washing and letting the wall dry
Door/Window Sensor & app
The door/window sensor would notify me with a sound on my iPhone when door/window was opened. Since the app was updated 7 months ago there is no longer a critical alert or time sensitive alert setting making the sensor nearly useless unless I am home; for I have a light turn on when the sensor is tripped. The app needs a major update to fix this asap!

every time i go to turn my light on or off, there’s a pop up that says device connection failure (the device is connected just fine) and it takes a few seconds to go away before i can click anything. no issues other than that, but it’s very annoying to have to wait every time i want to turn lights off/on

To anyone wondering how to connect led strips
Took me a minute to figure out but you need to go to where it says add device (bottom center of screen) then at the bottom where it says "add manually" chose the "Plug (BLE + Wi-Fi)" option and follow the promts (unplug from wall wait 10s then plug back in and then hold the button on the led controller down for 5s and it will then show up on the app and promt you to add it. From there its pretty straightforward to use!

Don’t recommend..
They do not stick to the wall and you can’t connect to the app. I tried doing it manually and that wouldn’t even work. They fell off 10mins after me putting them up.. $40 spent , do not recommend buying these.
Don’t purchase.
These don’t stay on the walls, app is confusing, and the experience is overall very bad. I tried connecting it for about 15-20 minutes straight, and the colors aren’t even correct or the same as the app.
