Wow. Best Mobile Gliding simulator out there!
Well. Brought this as I heard of it from Word of Mouth. And gosh was I staggered at the realism it shows. Especially for a mobile game! Although I’d say it does lack with not being able to spin in a turn and suddenly dropping and not able to get out of that full down AOA until you get to 120 kts or so. But this was so good, I had to get the paid version, it is amazing and I wish there were more people playing this as multiplayer (yep, thats also available!) would be so fun! The tasks are good also.
Another realism take, is that the thermals, like in MSFS, are all strong 9ktd up (or higher as thats the max it shows). So if you can add also lower strength thermals, that’d be great.
Maybe also playing with adding Wave into this? It might be a little boring for some as you just sit there in the wave, but it’s Definetly good to experience!

Ansich ein ziehmlich schlechtes Spiel und ich bereue 3.99€ ausgegeben zu haben. Im Vergleich zur Free-Version gibt es lediglich 2 neu Flugzeuge und 3 neue Flugplätze dazu, von denen man nur auf einem Flugplatz richtig fliegen kann. Es gibt nur bei einem Flugzeug die Anzeige in M und dafür muss Mann Geld ausgeben. Allerdings gibt es zur Zeit kein vergleichbares Spiel weshalb ich nur zu diesem Spiel in der Free-Version raten kann

This simulator greatly represents the thrill of soaring and for that I love it! I am a 14 yr old glider pilot currently working towards solo standards and I can confirm this simulator is great! Although the physics aren’t the best it still provides a close enough experience for a mobile sim. This sim has a great potential if the developers were to come back and release an update and I would really see the benefit in them doing so. Please if you have the time and money would you be able to come back and improve this sim as this could really be amazing (it’s already really good).

Physics aren’t realistic at all!!
Although the graphics are quite nice and there’s a nice variety of aircraft and scenery, the physics are awful! I’m a glider pilot myself and the one thing that doesn’t work for me is the fact you can turn using just aileron. In a real glider you need to use a lot of rudder as just using aileron will give you a lot of adverse yaw. This is only a mobile simulator so I guess I shouldn’t expect much better. If you want to learn to fly a glider using a sim, buy condor 2!!

Great Gliding Sim
I’ve learned a great deal just practicing with it. It teaches you the basics quite well.
First flight is worth the money!
The thermals, winds and clouds felt realistic and interesting. For $5 it’s awesome. It would be awesome at a much higher price.
After soaring for quite a while, I got low and started planning my outlanding, but then caught a thermal and went back up to cloud base and even explored around the edges of the clouds.
When I decided to come down, the spoiler controls seemed backwards to me, but you can test out the proper direction. I was able to locate an airport and land. The screen limitation of only being able to look forward makes it necessary to really pay attention to your airport and judge the pattern carefully. I was able to bring it in to a good landing on the runway, and was a little disappointed that the brakes didn’t have any effect, as we rolled and rolled and rolled and rolled. But hey, that’s a small thing. I’m really glad I found this app, and hope the developers are happily continuing the project!

Awesome flight simulator
Great flight simulator if you have flown before you will appreciate
Top simulation for pilots, too
I found the app excellent. Thermalling is realistic, the landscape is very well rendered, and I flew routes that I know from paragliding - stunning. The app could have some more info but otherwise absolutely worth the money!
Does the Basics, Would Love More Options
As another reviewer wrote, the navigation is a little wonky in this sim but the flight models and graphics are great. It’s the best sparing sim I’ve found for iOS and keeps me busy on mornings when we get rained out at the club. More options in terms of sailplanes and locations would be welcome, although I’m not sure whether the developers are still updating this title.

Great app. Really fun to fly around with a friend online.
No benefit vs. the free version
I liked the free extreme soaring and decided to buy the extreme soaring 3D. The menus are virtually the same except for the sites. Paid version had several US based sites, free version had mostly European sites. Good news is the app is very realistic. I am glider pilot with over 500 flights. Got too slow while in a thermal in the ASK-21 and the sudden stall was dramatic.

Love it
I really like the app, and the functions they have designed. It allows for a unique way to apply rudder, which actually works better than other designs. I am a pilot and it helps me sharpen some of my skills. Especially simulating emergencies.
Do not buy
If you see and advert for this. Get your phone, smash it, put it in a safe and through away the key, put that safe at the opposite side of the world to you, go back home, lock your self in and block the curtains and live inside for ever, having to live on cold, tinned beans. Honestly tho, this is very unrealistic. The V1 is brilliant. The unrealisticism is so bad you can only get 300ft of a winch launch in some of the places. Please purchase the v1, it's so much better

Also the function buttons don't respond when i push them. It is simply not reacting when i like to select pause or reset. Also i miss the metric option
