Great app and product
I haven’t had any problems, seriously cool and I get so many looks. There is so much potential and you can even connect other Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Best product I’ve ever bought for my bike!
App doesn’t have additional images or upload availability
I enjoy the physical hardware. The box states that my X1 comes with over 100 images, allows inserting your own photos, draw pictures, insert texts and OTA updates: none of which are true with this app which is QRd in the box for setup. Very disappointed in the app. Please support what is advertised. If this becomes available, I will change my rating.

Hardware software
This is the software behind the hardware and I have to say that the actual device is amazing but not secure at all had a cheap other brand one snap off hitting a pot hole and this one does not lock into place at all so I ended up using cable ties to secure it. But the images are amazing and managed to upload my own GIF too being a Deliveroo rooman I uploaded my own Deliveroo gif and static image, the Union Jack looks amazing 😉 so love this little light just can’t get hold of another one in the UK 🇬🇧 😔

Works fine!
Connects to my XuanWheel light just fine. Not sure why others have an issue. The app is easy to use and I had a blast adding pics, gifs and customizing my light.
Quit connecting after 1 day.
This is a very cool product, however after 1 day of use the app will no longer connect via Bluetooth to my riding light.

I just got my xuan wheel. The software works as expected. I noticed couple small glitches but all in all nothing to complain from! Good job guys!
Please fix your app to upload again!
I love this light kit, but the app worked a lot better in the past.
1) need to be able to upload from camera roll again and I do not mean from DIY. you used to be able to upload a picture that fit the area of the circle without manually scaling it.
2) Please fix interval setting for animations.
3) After you fix these please consider fixing text to read properly on both sides at the same time.
I was a big advocate of your product and until this app is fixed I am no longer soliciting it anywhere in the area.

Why is a swastika an option?!
Thought this was super cool, even created my own custom design and it worked really well...until I went to their downloadable content and found a swastika as an option. Wth?! Not cool. Not cool at all.

use of own images still missing
Obviously, this is just the interface companion to the hardware spoke lights which are really nice. It is just a shame that the app only provides access to a rather limited number of flags, logos, letters, signs, words (mainly asian languages) etc on an unknown server, most of which ignore the fact that the spoke light has ~10cm diameter black hole in the middle. The option to create your own drawings are quite limited but what is annoying is that the advertised use of pictures on ones phono (iphone 4s with IOS9) only elicits a pop-up message "Sorry, coming soon ..." - hope soon means before xmas (2016).

Functional app, but needs refinement
The app works for its designed purpose and it does not crash, there are a few features that can be refined as they feel very basic, and it lacks features that in my opinion should be there. For example, there is a paint brush option (great for those with artistic skills) but there is no paint filler, there is a frame-by-frame animated gif creation feature but no ability to duplicate frames. Another one Inwoukd really love and would be very powerful would be loading my own animated gifs. Over all, just OK.
