Saw some bad review, but decided to give it a try. I only need it for 7 days, figures $10 lost is not gonna kill me. And I can always get something else if this on not working. Turn out I have nothing to worry about, activated before the trip. Turn my T-Mobile whim off. This card tools over. Unlimited data, never have to worry about getting throttled. A lot of time works better than other free WiFi at locations. Thanks

irresponsible customer service and useless app
The package I bought have problem , can’t activate at all , texted the seller many times but unresponsive, at the end the customer service just ignore my message when I asked for refund , please don’t use this app

I used this eSIM before in Bali and it worked perfectly, no issues at all. Thought it would be the same in Hanoi, but nope—no coverage the whole time. Tried contacting customer service and got nothing back. Totally wasted my money this round.

This is the first time I download the app and it only lands at the picture, not even the home page! I can’t click anything at all! This is ridiculous and I reached out to support team nobody is entertaining. This is extra frustrating as I’m the reason I buy eSIM is I will receive it almost immediately.

I purchased an unlimited data plan but received no data at all. I tried contacting customer support multiple times, but there was no response. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
