What happened to this app?
This app was decent. It allowed me to step away from my computer but still stay on top of tickets. But now it will not run and gives only the most descriptive of error messages: “an error has occurred”. With my multiple decades in IT, I was able to discern that an error had occurred without having to be told that. How about some detail in the message? Too helpful if you did?
Also, on the website I use I have saved responses for ticket updates. Why are those not available through rhe app with the same login?
