I can’t login and the app keeps saying Parameter error. I’ve never had issues until now. Please help fix this

The app does not work when I’m not at home. When I’m on the same Wi-Fi it does work. That’s pointless!

He pagado la anualidad para poder ver las cámaras remotamente desde otra red pero no me deja ver las grabaciones anteriores, cuando quiero buscar un video simplemente me saca de la aplicación. URGE ACTUALIZACIONES
Device offline
My camera on phone has been offline the past month, it’s working fine on the tv. What’s going on.
Pay wall
After so long the app demands you enter your credit card number to keep using it. It’s also a junky app to begin with. It is slow and clunky to use. I am thinking I may have to get another dvr at this point.

I subscribed and paid 4,90$ for a year. Subscription failed & not working, didn’t refund my money (even though I emailed) and now I’m afraid if they still my money cause I did biggest mistake and used my debit card for purchasing.

Terrible following upgrade
It was working fine prior to upgrade update on app now just displays message of “Network Exception” so can’t log in and can’t view anything. Really annoyed as was fine and perfect prior to this.
Never buy kogan cctv
Typical chinese rubbish, they create app to accompany a product and after couple of years they remove the app support and server so they can sell you new product!

I have tried so many ways and times to get my cameras to work. Yes. I've reset it But yet nothing. When I first got it the directions to set it up are a joke. Only thing I can say good is the pictures/videos are good. But there is NO help for this system. I have now been broken into and of course when I go back to look there is nothing for me to view. If I could I've negative numbers. I would be say -4.
