Great device for finding thing
I couldn't find the device that showed me how far or close and allowed me to turn on the noise so I would be able to find it with sound
I can never find anything
OK when this first came out and was touted online as they must have a purchase. At first things could be found or maybe about the first year. I haven’t been able to find anything since but I keep trying.
Can’t find my devices even in the same room
Can’t find my devices when I need it to even in the same room. Has a hard time finding the devices when sitting right next to them. When it does find them, it shows all good batteries and strong signals, but looses them 10-15 feet away.
Gift from my mom
I lose my keys (& phone) allllllll the time! My mom got me this, and it is awesome!! Works so well & easy to set up & use! I have 2 more she gave me for Christmas!! Work keys …& maybe I’ll gift the 3rd one back to her, cause she also misplaces her keys (… just not NEARLY as often as me!!) 😝

Still work?
The reviews here over well over 1-2yrs old. Is this app really worth it since it does nothing to increase your odds at making money.
Just don’t work
Please don’t buy this as it does not work. I purchased 4 of these and they don’t work. I will keep them because i believe that with time and money FIND IT with make these work. But as for now. Please do not buy it.
Disappointed!
Unfortunately, I’ll need to buy a real tracker for my luggage, etc. because the XY FIND IT (model #4) has an EXTREMELY POOR SIGNAL.
As I speak, I’m looking at my suitcase which is no more than 15 feet from me and my phone can’t, “FIND IT!” I am also looking at my backpack which is no more than 25 feet from me and my phone can’t, “FIND IT!”
I’m disappointed with myself for buying a number of these things without simply buying one to test it out. I would have saved my time and money.
So, I’m literally sitting right next to my backpack right now and my phone shows that there’s no connection!😳😳. When I press the button on the tracker, it rings my phone and it shows full connectivity. Bummer!

I registered my device and got an email to verify it was me so I could use my devices. The email link to verify produced a “page not found”. I emailed for support and got another email that told me that the support email was no longer support. (Sigh). That’s when I normally quit trying.

This product is a waste of time if there’s no one near the thing that you’re trying to track with the program on their phone it will not track it the advertising where it shows the car being tracked is only because it’s close to your phone it is a waste of money and it does not work as soon as the car or whatever gets out of your range of your phone it’s a rip off it’s a waste

Poor description
The main tool is sold for $40 but with misleading features, the range of coverage is not there when you purchase it, after you receive the small piece and download the app you will discover the limited range to discover that small piece, The app should be suspended until the full features of the tool is described fully to the customers, I bought two and I wish if I can return it back to the seller.

Great!
This is truly a great app. It seemed like I was constantly misplacing my phone; most women’s pants don’t have a pocket for the phone. I would have to borrow my husband’s phone to call mine and locate it, and he was getting increasingly irritated with me. Now I can just use this little device and my phone makes a loud sound so I can easily find it. Great solution for my problem.

I really like the functionality of being able to add more devices. Also, it is really neat that other XY users passing an item can give you the location.
I just wish it had a longer range to find items or show a location because I cannot even reach my object when I am beneath the balcony it is on. And when you use the Near Me function, it does not allow enough space before constantly going off. I like to use it in crowded places for my autistic son, but I would like for it to have a range lengthened to about 20 feet so it is not constantly going off... so the problem is probably the strength of the Bluetooth.

This is without a doubt the worst app and product I’ve ever been given or purchased. How you have a 4.3 rating is beyond me. My girlfriend recently bought 4 of the most expensive ones you sell. I have one attached to my truck keys and one attached to my car keys. I couldn’t find either earlier today. My girlfriend reminding about the XY finder I had attached to each of these items. One was in a draw that I was literally 2 feet away from and it said out of range. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never given anybody one star. And feel bad about doing so. But your product is horrible.

Hi there. We only currently sell one model of XY Finder, so please note that they are all the same price. The potential range of the XY4+ finder is approximately 300 feet, conditions permitting. The results you experienced are not typical nor what we expect to see. A range of less than two feet indicates either a technical problem or a need for technical assistance. Don’t let the ad fool you
In the ad I saw it showed them tracking a car. Guess what, it won’t. Keeping track of your keys in the house, probably not either, it will show it’s close. But you already knew that. Only after you hit the “find it” button the fob will start beeping. Going to try and return. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

XY Finders have a range of up to about 300 feet, after which XY Find It uses your phone's GPS to keep track of its last know location. Mystery Music Solved
So, this company screwed me on shipping but that’s another matter. The app would randomly play a mysterious piano styled music. I would force close every app and the music would still play on loop. The only way to stop the music is to delete the app from your phone.
