Horrible app, doesn’t connect to the console, when it does it is very, very slow to apply your settings, the company never releases updates to fix these issues.
Simple
Fantastic app does exactly what developers said it would do: adjusts task light, footwell lighting, bias lighting, fan speed, desk positions & heating! We love it at SNO911!
Useless
Can’t even touch the desk function icons in the app rendering it completely useless. Was working fine until now.
Doesn’t connect
In our dispatch center, we can hardly log in to the desk we are sitting at to adjust lighting, of course when they were first installed no one had any problems, it hasn’t been a year and already not working. Looks cute but functioning not as cute. SMH
