App is full of bugs

This is my honest review the classes and faculty’s are excellent.. but the xylem app is full of bugs sometimes the app itself craches and dont skip the videos i dont know how this much bug is coming …but still i say i you dont regret or feel it not worth it we get more facilities and best teachers ever and the resources are infinite

A new bug batch purchasing and video play back scrolling not working

Xylem team please fix this issue batch purchase section is not loading for so long and also video playback scrolling is not working while using this app so it is difficult to attend the lectures so fix as soon as possible.

Alot of App problems

Sometimes the ‘back’ button doesn’t work….

For example when I click on dashboard or anything, I need to close the app and then reopen it to get out of that screen/window.

Xylem XP is not showing/available.

Bug

The app is very bug lately and sometimes get automatically log out. Sometimes the classes can’t be seen

too laag..i will suggest go with youtuble live class,both contents are eaqual

app is technically too bad..from my pesonal experience i lost many times to get the app fron loading ..if you are watching on tablet then it is best to not join in tab because tab will hang

Make the app better

Even though the teaching is very good, the app itself has several problems related to its system. The app often feels slow and sometimes does not work smoothly. Students may face issues like videos buffering, the app crashing, or taking too much time to load. These technical problems can interrupt learning and cause frustration, especially when students are trying to study seriously. Navigation inside the app can also be confusing at times, making it hard to find classes or materials quickly.

For some reason this app makes my phone heat up a lot and consume extremely high amount of battery. Please optimize it. Other than that its good.

Overheating issue on iPhone 16 Pro

I am using this app on my iPhone 16 Pro, and within just 2–3 minutes the phone becomes very hot. The features of the app are useful, but the overheating problem makes it uncomfortable to use. Please fix this issue in the next update so users can use the app smoothly without worrying about device performance.

Overheating Issue on iPhone 16 Pro Max

The classes in Xylem are excellent — all the teachers are highly professional, and the content is top-notch. However, when I use the app on my iPhone 16 Pro Max (latest iOS), the device starts heating up within just 2 minutes. This makes it uncomfortable to use for long study sessions. I really hope the team optimizes the app for the latest iPhones so that we can enjoy the great content without technical issues.
