I’ve gotten this to open once and it never has again. Just freezes on the Home Screen then does nothing.

I loved it while it worked for me. Now it says newer version available but doesn’t let me download it. Before that it just froze on the opening screen.
Where is the Update??
App says, theres an Update and dont Start..but Appstore says theres no Update available
Newer App Version
I click on it to update the app and then takes me to Open the app and doesn’t open it and goes back to update button.
Glitchy
Very glitchy. It has been telling me for over a week now when I try to open the app that there is a new update. But when I click on the update button, it takes me to the app in the App Store and there’s no update there. My only option is to try to open the app again so I’m stuck in a vicious circle.
I contacted support and they were no help at all so I give up

Keeps telling me there is a new IOS version but I have the newest update.

Won’t Open
Click on app. Says an update is available. Can’t bypass so click on update now and it brings me to the open app screen but I cannot open it. Restarted phone but nothing changes. I guess I won’t be using this anymore?

This app does not work. I used to be able to check on my customers, now it doesn’t even load.
