Yacht Racer's Mate provides a number of useful utilities to help you get that edge when racing your yacht.
It allows you to enter and share the positions of buoys you use for your course, and to select and plot the course of the race. You are able to see the route that you are taking, as well as plot the route that you have traveled and see your current path adjusted for wind and tide.
It also has a very useful buoy finder feature that will help you to pick out the next buoy you are traveling to, as well as a timer to count down to the start of the race.
Please note that the app does use GPS, and continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life
