Cannot delete profile
The app generally works fine, but there is a bug where the apply button on the delete account pop up so I cannot delete my account which is frustrating.

Let me start by saying that I believe the app may be legitimate, and there are reputable Captains and Yachts. However, you need to be extremely CAUTIOUS when booking and make every effort to verify the legitimacy of the boat/yacht listing. We booked a yacht, got approved, and paid for it. Subsequently, we received a message from one of the specialists requesting a deposit that the Captain would hold. While it's standard to request a deposit, it's typically done directly with the same credit card used for the reservation, appearing as "on hold" on your bank statement. The specialist insisted we send $1500 via Venmo, Cash App, or bank transfer, which seemed unusual to us. This raised our first red flag. Additionally, although the specialist had an American name and last name, he was texting us in a broken English, which served as another red flag. Finally, when we requested the Venmo name to research the "Captain," we found no verified information about the individual owning or working on the yacht. This was our third red flag. Attempts to contact the phone number listed revealed it was fake and from a UK phone provider. Calls to the office of the YachtLife app to verify the Captain's information led to voicemail each time. At this point, we decided to cancel the booking because it didn't seem legitimate at all. Out of curiosity, I revisited the app, and the listing had disappeared!!!. Please don’t ever send deposits out of a legitimate platform or to someone else unless there’s some type of protection on your end as well to ensure you can get it back.

Booked a yacht with them and the yacht owner delisted and dissappeared and now they say there is nothing they can do and won’t return my full payment! I fell for this scam organization.

Not sure why i got charged, never asked me.
I was charged $5 and it is weird how I can’t create a log in but they can charge me $5 and I’m not even sure if this is monthly or a way to cancel. I should’ve been at least asked if I want to be charged $5 to begin with. I just been looking at rentals for the day and came across this app. Hopefully someone reaches back out and explains what this was.

Easiest way to book a yacht, especially in cities like Chicago and Miami. Everything was seamless and straightforward, and the charters were professional.

Registration
This is awful. You can’t even see the app to decide whether you like it, before registering. And it is one of those deceptive incremental registrations designed to steal your personal information. It has 7 (!) pages of registration with increasing privacy information. You don’t know what questions are ahead, it might be credit card information and your address. I don’t know, nobody knows.

Requires account to browse
The app should allow you to browse before creating an account. I wanted to charter a boat but I’m not interested in sharing my contact info with every broker in Florida just to see what options are available.
App Doesn’t Work
Nothing more frustrating than attempting to do something as simple as updating a phone number and the app keeps force closing. It doesn’t work properly. Even trying to email support via the app was a hassle as the send button wasn’t initially showing. I had to copy what I wrote close out of the email itself and reopen it back up to send another and the button finally showed up. Way too much of a hassle.

Can’t even login
Wanted to check out this app, tried logging in using Google. But after I filled in my missing details, the button to continue wouldn’t work. So I went back and tried making an account from scratch, and then it told me my email already had an account. Gave you 10 mins of my time, more than enough in today’s world of apps. Easy to use, great options!
My friend recommended this app to me when I was traveling to Miami. I was so pleased to find how easy it was to use, the charter broker that assisted me was great to work with and made sure everything was taken care of. It made for such a great trip, and I’ll be using it again when we’re in Mykonos next summer!

Very efficient & easy to use
Was recommended the app by a friend who chartered in Ibiza over the summer. I have to say I was very impressed with how user friendly it is. i was able to find the perfect yacht for my brothers birthday last weekend, the broker took care of everything & arranged for the yacht to meet us at our hotel which was a nice touch. Will be using them again over the holidays 🙌
