What's New in YachtsCare

6.1.15

February 23, 2026

Oldest version 6.1.13 was already approved, but we could not release it because the option was greyed-out (Ticket was filed), so no customer has seen the app yet. There are no major changes, mostly made it fool-proof for the user not to enter wrong information. Specifically, this is a boat maintenance app, and the user has the option to run a timer that mimics when a piece of equipment is running (let's say an engine). When the user is using this functionality (Selecting in the app "Run" on a particular piece of equipment) and the equipment is accumulating operating hours in real time, we blocked the possibility for the user to log a maintenance task for the engine (physically not possible to do a maintenance task when the equipment is running), plus the way the timer works is that it updates the hours after the user "stops" the equipment. This way, we save battery life by not having an actual timer running all the time the equipment is running, but rather we log in a database the time the equipment "starts" and when it "stops" we find the hours hours difference. If the users were to log a maintenance task for the equipment that is running, it would be logged with the initial hours (when the timer started) which will be inaccurate. The app would have run most likely without issues as it was in 6.1.13, but we decided to improve while it was made available for release.
