Overall I like the app. I like that so can type and record, and can have different books.
My 1 complaint - if I have a long entry and then want to go back and edit, the keyboard covers up the last few sentences and I can’t see the cursor placement.

Simple record or write
I use it for a simple, quick way to keep track of daily activities. I can either record my voice or write it out. You can add pictures or even share items from it.
If you don’t hit SAVE after you are finished, it is confusing on how to make a new entry with the current date. Other than that it is simple. I haven’t seen any pop ups or loud adverts.

Great but could be so much better
I’ve been using this app for a while now and I have come across two main issues, even after purchasing the premium version. The first issue is that you can’t make multiple entries in one day. I don’t understand what the reason would be to limit this....? The other issue I have, which bugs me the most; is that the audio is limited to 10 minutes. I am using this app as an audio journal. I understand the audio being limited because there is a file limit, but if you could make multiple entries it wouldn’t be a problem at all. At least one of these things needs to be fixed before I will be completely happy with the app.

I can't see what I'm typing!
I saw a review that said you can't see what your typing and I still purchased the app hoping they had it fixed. They don't. Please fix this so your app can be worth five stars! This is a major disappointment.

I absolutely love this app. I think it should also be under the journal search in the App Store. Will there be an option to create multiple entries in 1 day? I think that would make this app even better. I paid for the upgraded version and would pay even more for that feature!! Thanks for creating this app!!

Great App; Issue With Dropbox Sync
This has the potential to be a 4-5 Star app—it has an easy to use, clean, uncluttered UI and isn’t fussy. That said, the developer must acknowledge the new Dropbox version, as the backup/sync feature either won’t work, or will cease to work as soon as the old Dropbox version is phased out.

More than ten minutes for recording!!!
I was trying to record my dream from today, which was a complex description that was to last more than 10 minutes, and I was cut off. Make it possible to record more than 10 minutes of audio and make multiple audio recordings per day. Fix this and I will rate you 5 stars

Works well as a daily diary. I use it to keep track of daily physical therapy exercises. If I don't enter data during the actual 24-hr day, I can't access that day and make an entry later on. I have to record multiple days' entries on a succeeding day. Annoying. Access to previous days for data entry should be optional. Any day that has an existing entry can be accessed and altered via the calendar; blank days cannot.

Needs improving
The app isn't terrible, for the most part it does what it should but there are a few changes needed. First off is the audio recording. It shouldn't be limited to ten minutes. You should be able to choose. Also you shouldn't only be able to record one entry per day. When playing back audio entries it doesn't let you go back to a certain spot by scrolling back, you have to rewind and that doesn't work well. Same goes if you're trying to resume an entry that you closed, I have to slowly fast forward to where you left off. One other bug which I don't know if it was fixed yet is that sometimes it doesn't ask for the passcode to get in. Decent app. Needs improving.

Deletes voice entries
My precious entries keep getting deleted, even though I am backing them up on Dropbox. This app also seems to freeze at crucial times when it is "optimizing" and has to be uninstalled and reinstalled to function again. As soon as a viable alternative app comes out I will be switching.

Every time I open App it says it is optimizing application, especially on my iPod. I then can't use App so it's not very convenient.
Maybe a day or two later, when my displeasure has subsided, I go back to App and I can use it, but by then I have used three other Apps to jot down what I need to store.

Loving this app!
Great! Loving it so far, has a simple format, password protected and everything you could want to add to a daily journal entry!

I love it. I haven't tried to put a passcode on it so if there is a problem I hope they resolve it.
Secrets are not really safe
One time I was able to access my diary without the passcode! Never happened before I was quite surprised. It went back to normal after closing the app. This made me question it's reliability so I'm giving this two stars.

The password protection for ones journal does not work well
For me one of the main reasons for having a digital diary/journal is for the aspect Of privacy. When reading about the app I saw that there was a required passcode to enter. So I purchased the app.
After purchasing And setting up the passcode I realized that anyone can enter the app with no passcode. After you enter
And then exit
And then decide
To re enter it will ask for
A passcode.
So my complaint is that the security and privacy
Feature don't work right.
Which makes me now want
To look for the next app. It is too bad because other than that it is good.

Still working great
I started using this a few months ago and still love it.
Not worth it
I have an ipad mini 2. There are two things that will keep me from using this application.
1. When I type in the journal the paragraph disappears to the top of the entry and I cannot see what I am writing. It does not matter if my ipad is vertical or horizontal. 2. This was as frustrating as the first, if not more than that. I clicked the home button to find the spelling of a word. Then I double clicked the home button to go back into the app. I put my password in. My entry was gone. There is a save button in the upper right corner however, I need an app that will continuously save. I did not close the app. Apparently, when you hit the home button you have closed it unlike other apps that I have done this with. The entry I had written was lost and my motivation to write it again using this journal application has passed.
