GDPR Issues!!
I have tried to delete my account several times and I am just presented with an error code. I have even contacted the customer support team twice and asked for my account to be deleted and erasure of my data, however I have been met with no response. I fear that the app is not safe to use from a data protection perspective and the organisation is not upholding to basic data regulations. Very disappointed and not sure how to take any action further, but I will be pursuing it.

Won’t let me delete my account
This is against GDPR standards , it states a request has already been made - however no request has been sent . Email support no longer active . I want my account deleted and my passport information removed !

Absolutely Disgusted by this app
The world myself fist are proud of the AFCON25 but this app is an absolute shame. Bugs constantly. Impossible to log in (keeps on loading) on multiple devices. The technological choice doesn’t align with the rest of the event and I beg the future comittee to choose a different provider and improve the process.

A joke app!
This is the worst app ever. It’s unbelievable to host a big comparison like CAF. And your FAN ID might take up to a week to get!! Also it’s so confusing. It doesn’t let you scan the front of your ID easily. Now I’m missing 2 games before my FAN ID is still being in progress.

Worst app for a Big event!
To summarize everything I personally went through and also other people experience this is the worst app for such an important and big event. I would even give it 0 stars if it existed. Many fails for login’s and access low app design an absolute failure from all sides and aspects anyone who made this app or been part of it please just stop you all retards.

Wallahi this is the first time i write a review on an app, first of all when I create an account the app pops a notification saying error which means either the server is down or the API(the way the app was created) not working they send me a code that I can’t even use on my gmail I can’t change password or do anything I tried scanning card nope not working

Awful — Ruined Experience
Could not buy the tickets as the passport scanning did not work (tried over a dozen times). Therefore, did not attend the tournament.
Passport NFC chip scan is ridiculous
The app is good BUT the feature for passport chip scan does not support passports that are valid but issued before nfc chip was available. Many countries are complaining including US and India. WHY would the app not allow manual as a backup option??? A very disappointing experience. In Morocco but cannot attend a game because I cannot get a Fan Id because the tech team doesn’t get it.

Worst app ever
How am I supposed to watch a game when your app doesn’t work. There is no way this app is scanning my passport. I’ve tried at least 30 times.

Definetly not ready for the roll out … applied for the fanid and not scanning … then flew to Marrakesh and whs a run around Yalla gave me to obtain the fan id that still didn’t arrive whilst being out there. Came back home and still this app isn’t working .
The whole chip thing morroco is not working and it’s sees its ink blast to German, Norway , uk and USA citizen passport holders.

Broken app for Americans who wish to attend Cup of Nations
The required automated passport scanning feature for Fan ID breaks consistently at 99%, and if you get this experience, it’s impossible to get your Fan ID. Multiple emails with customer support does not resolve anything as they simple say to wait.
Does not work
It's just so disappointing how the app's name point is to get us to find ID, and it's not even able to scan properly. Plus I have a Moroccan ID. I have tried with three different phones, and none of them seem to work. I called support to let them know, and their only excuse was "wait and try again." And I've tried over ten times. I let them know there is an issue with the app, and it turned out they wanted to argue about it. Like, "No, your phone has an issue." It went from me calling customer support for support to the customer support complaining and insulting me.
