Application avec énormément de beug . Impossible de configurer une Apple Watch. Beug la souscription de l’abonnement qui fini par être facturée au client du au changement de plan.

I just wanted to cancel my plan, but this app makes it impossible! When I send them my request to cancel the plan, they answer that they will do it in several days. But the month has passed, and nothing happened…
Miserabler Service
Im Feb. habe ich mein Vertrag Gekündigt. Im Juni immer noch aktiv. Auf meine Anfrage über den Chat wir nicht geantwortet. Das war das letzte mal, das ich Yallo in Anspruch genommen habe.
App seit Monaten nicht funktional, Kundensupport ist keine Hilfe

Good but incredibly bugy
The app shows the mobile usage and billing very well, however, it is pain to navigate, as there is no way to get back from the submenus or when you open any document. You need to restart the app, loosing any progress (e.g., when ordering a service). It is a major issue of this otherwise decent app. Devs, please just implement the "go back" functionality, as nothing (not even left swipe) works.

The app is not working. Give Bad Response as an error. It’s not related to connection as it keeps giving the same status Bad Response either in Wi-Fi or 4G.

Die app funktioniert bei mir gar nicht mehr. weder kann ich meinen vertrag ändern, noch etwas dazubuchen und rechnungen bezahlen geht auch nicht. Bitte abhilfe schaffen.

App ist keine App
Die zur Verfügung stehenden Einstellungen bewerte ich hier nicht, sondern die Tatsache, dass die App keine App ist, sondern einfach die Webseite enthält.
Wenn das dann wenigstens so gebaut wäre, dass man davon nichts merkt wär das ja noch irgendwie okay, aber wenn sich die Webseite besser bedient, als die „App“, dann ist diese einfach nutzlos (z.B. back-Geste).
Ein Stern mehr für den guten Willen.
