It will take all your access and still not working after new update of IOS. When we can get update?

If people are having trouble… install the Garmin Street Cross app otherwise this is going to fail over and over.
The Street Cross app needs to allow siri control.

Yamaha Connect
This app is awful and does not stay connected to the bike. This means that whatever travel is recorded is usually recorded in multiple short segments and rarely records the full distance travelled. A 75km ride will usually be recorded in 5 or more segments and often with significant distance missed completely.

This app paired to my bike Yamaha FZS Hybrid but whenever i start my bike bike is not connected to app, Too bad experience please fix this

2026 Tenere and app doesn’t work. I did manage to connect once, not it won’t work at all. Shame that Yamaha went backwards because my 2022 tracer 9GT has more functionality
Requires pairing every time
The app won’t reconnect after the bike (2026 T7) is power cycled. I have to delete Bluetooth connection and initiate pairing every time, which is not acceptable
not very ios compatible
From reading into my issues with the app online I’ve found that ios doesn’t work very well with this and other brands seem to work better, would be really cool to use this app to track my rides with my iphone so please update!!

Hopefully the developers fix this app. It connects fine the first time, but if you shut off your motorcycle, it won’t reconnect afterwards. This is an extremely common issue across iPhone users right now (per the forums).

Connectivity Problems
I purchased this Yamaha bike mainly because of its connected features. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use these features for the last 2 months. A feature that was one of the main reasons for buying this bike has become completely unusable.
I have already tried all the basic troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the app, reconnecting Bluetooth, and resetting the connection, but nothing has worked.
This is very disappointing because customers pay extra for these connected features and expect them to work reliably. If this is a known issue, please release a fix as soon as possible.
If there is any alternative application or temporary solution available, please let us know instead of leaving customers without a working feature for months.

No longer works
After latest apple update; app stopped connecting on iPhone with 2025 Tenere. Come on Yamaha, you need to get on this please.

Can’t get it to pair back again
After a year the app no longer wants to pair with my ‘26 T7 even after deleting and starting over. Dealership ill equipped to help pair app to motorcycle again.

After updating IOS software issues started. The phone pairs to the bike fine but then starts constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, very frustrating please fix
