Disconnects constantly
After updating IOS software issues started. The phone pairs to the bike fine but then starts constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, very frustrating please fix
Won’t re-connect
Pairs fine on the first try but will never re-connect until you delete the app connection and the Bluetooth connection, and start from scratch…. I will not do that every time I want to ride.
We paid for this feature, it doesn’t work. What is Yamaha going to do about this?
Super frustrating to pair the app, see it seem to work in the garage, then go inside to get a helmet, and have it refuse to pair. If the dash doesn’t work as advertised, I expect Yamaha to fix it. So what’s going to happen?

IOS update broke BT connectivity
I got an iOS update early 2026, and this app lost the ability to automatically reconnect Bluetooth with my T7. Instead, I have to pull over and re-pair Bluetooth every time the connection gets a minor disruption.

Connecting/disconnecting
I have a 2025 Yamaha Tenere and the app won’t stay connected as it previously did before the latest update.
Used to connect, but not anymore.
I have a 2025 Tenere 700. It used to work when I bought it at the end of last year, but it doesn’t connect any more. I’ve read that it stopped working after apple did an update on the phones, but dang Yamaha it’s been months and months and no fix?
Sucks at reconnecting
I love my new bike but this sucks at doing its job. Very difficult to get it to reconnect to my phone when the bike starts up. Very disappointing.

Not a good app any more
This app has always worked for the past 3 years with android and iPhone until I bought the IPhone 17 and now it doesn’t connect at all. Gone online and checked Reddit and tried everything else I read online,but nothing works. I had to go back to my android so I can continue to use the connect app. My android connected with no issues and works fine.

Need to do way better Yamaha. I hade an ibex 450 last year and it worked 100x better. Do better Yamaha.

IOS connectivity issues
The idea behind this app is great. I do not use the navigation. My primary uses are for music. Tracking trips/mileage/services. App worked awesome for 1 year. I bought an iPhone 17 and after the last update. The app does not work at all. I have to remove the seat and grab the CCU and repair. Tenere 700 is a sweet bike. Having other bikes in the past going back to mp3 players it has always been a pain listening to music while riding. This WAS the remedy. Hopefully Yamaha gets there stuff together

Doesn’t work
This app hasn’t worked for apple OS in months. Pairing lasts one cycle of power. If you turn the key off and back on the app no longer pairs. Please fix this.

To connect to your mt09:
Turn the bike on.
On the bike, go to Applications → Connectivity Settings → Bluetooth Transfer.
That puts the bike’s CCU into Bluetooth discovery mode.
During that pairing window, go back to the app and try to connect.
Accept the pairing prompts/code on the bike and phone.
Just put this in the app ffs

I can’t log into app or create an account or anything. I’ve tried deleting and downloading the app several times but it just won’t let me use it.
