Universities have advising centers for students to come and consult with advisers. But most consultation time is spent answering basic queries. YANA is powered with IBM Watson's machine learning and AI capabilities that deliver a near human experience in answering basic queries. That way, advisers can more spend time on valued topics. YANA easily integrates with third party data sources so the school can provide its students the right information in real time.
