It takes forever to prepare the food and there isn’t a cancel button or customer service terrible! They are many error and please fix your app :)

What a joke!
A mandatory driver tip 15% + delivery fee which is another 15% that caused total fee raised a one third of original fees. My order was 20,1000 kyats and after added fees it became 31,000 kyats. LoL what a joke of service. That is additional to rubbish UI of the app.
A lot of items in menu are not actually available.
Menus are not updated. A lot of items are not available. After ordering, so many phone calls to customers are so annoying for telling that some orders are not available. Also, credit cards are charged 20% more than actual cost to hold the amount when ordering. I don’t know why. Other food delivery like Grab or food panda don’t do that.

The new app is great
This new app is much nicer and way faster than the old one. The service is great and I am more than happy with it.

Horrible app
The service is terrible, you can’t track the delivery live, sometimes dinner would come 5 hours after I ordered with the food 4 hours old! Unless you want cold food, at whatever time they feel like comming I would not recommend this app!
Very bad User experience
Very bad GUI and very difficult to navigate.
Application need fix
The service is really good but they’ve a lot of work to do on their app. The app need to be fixed and there’re a lot of bugs. It takes like minutes to switch from one page to another.
Terrible app
I love the service, but the app is awful. It is so slow, very difficult to navigate, difficult to search restaurants and every time I use it there is a loading symbol that never goes away. Many times I have just gotten too frustrated and decided not to use the service. I think you may have a lot more business if you invested in a good app developer.

I’ve tried to give this service a chance many, many times. But every time I end up feeling frustrated and starving past my mealtime.
Every time I choose an item from a restaurants menu, they have to call me to tell me this item is unavailable. This happens nearly 30 minutes after the initial order (if you happen to answer your phone!) So your order is already delayed. If the item is unavailable, then it should never be listed as a choice to begin with.
Even with this, the delivery time is at least 2 hours. This is even when you order from a restaurant that is literally a 5 minute walk from your home. I regret just not going to get the food myself every time.
One time they delayed the delivery another extra hour because they could not find my building and continued to call me back for directions - while I continued to give them the same accurate directions.
It’s never worth it. I end up so hungry because I’ve waited hours past when I wanted to eat. This is even when I think ahead to order early.
God forbid you forget to answer your phone. They do not send an email followup for whatever question they have until a full hour after the initial order.
