Customer support has been lacking
Long time YAPI user - back when it was just YAPI classic and now YAPI leap. We were initially very happy with YAPI. However, it seems like the past year or so, customer service has been lacking. It is very difficult to reach a support technician on the first try - usually the callback comes the next day which is very disappointing, especially if this program is managing your entire office’s paperless and you need the support right away.

Hands down best paperless solution for dental practices. Saves my office staff TONS of time. Also confirms all my offices appointments via email and text!! Seriously hands down amazing!! You must schedule a demo!!
Decent program up and coming
Compatible with Open dental software. We use it for legal digital consent forms and EHR for a large dental practice. It's a new program so lots of kinks but the developer is very easy to contact and they can develop changes and updates as you need them to. Tech support is awesome. Patients that are not iPad or apple literate have a hard time using the program. (As well as dental assistants) big learning curve for paper based practices. It's not completely wireless , you have to bounce back and fourth for computer and I pad for certain things like transferring the completed documents to the open dental records, But like I said they are working out the kinks.
