Amazing—absolutely perfect for conferences
An incredible platform that is perfect for running your next event! As an event coordinator, this app has everything I could possibly need to keep everything easily organized for my attendees, which has significantly cut down the amount of questions I have to answer during the event. It’s completely user-friendly both for the organizer and the attendees. Setting everything up was super smooth and streamlined, but also not so uniform that I was able to customize pages to fit my needs. From the attendees perspective, I received lots of compliments on how easy it was to use and how helpful it was to have. Not to mention, the creators are very responsive—quick, patient, and incredibly helpful. If you’re debating between several platforms, make it easy on yourself and just download this one.

Pretty tuff app I can’t even lie
Needs better UX, Lagging in organization or group user tools
Past events should be greyed out. There should be a “you might like” suggestion on the bottom of the event. Events should be able to be tagged. Would be great to be able to create group and group chats, as well as group notifications and schedule tagging. Nice app for event organizer but not useful for teams or groups who don't already have slack or group calendar tools to help their teams stay in touch or to coordinate specific event schedules. Half of the puzzle is there but could use more for users and groups.

Great for Conference
This app was great for keeping all the information (schedules, handouts, maps, etc) together for a recent conference I added. I originally was not thrilled to have to download another app… but this app was extremely helpful, user friendly, and intuitive.

Need Facebook App
Works generally well, but to use Yapp with your Facebook ID, the app has to pair with the Facebook App. For my event i need to log out of my Facebook profile in the Facebook App and back in as the Facebook Profile for the conference. Very inconvenient.

This is an excellent app for managing events. No more paper brochures or worries when the sessions or speakers or rooms at a conference/festival/or other event change at the last moment. It’s all in the app.
Easy to use and keeps things organized
Been using YAPP for a year now and is super easy to keep information organized. Our event attendees also love how they can view all the information clearly and easily. The team of developers are super helpful.
Excellent, easy, robust and perfect for conferences
I have been using Yapp for five years now as we run a complex three day event for about 1000 people. It’s so useful, fast and simple - both for our team as well as delegates - that we started using it for smaller events and we bought three more licences.
Crashes
Please fix the crash issues with this app. It only happens when I need to watch videos from this app and I have an iPhone Xs.
Freezes a lot
Works reasonably well, but keeps freezing up, requiring a restart to continue using.

So far I’ve found this app very easy to use. It has all of the features I need for our conference and is much more affordable than other apps!
