This is the worst app ever. Always have issues loging in. Have to constantly reinstall the app. No customer support. This app is terrible. I have no clue why my work decides to use this useless app. Terrible user experience as well. aLways have issues with this app. Who ever made this app clearly never uses it otherwise the problems would be fixed. I would never recommend this app. i only use this app because work makes me. Spare your employees of this terrible app.

This should be an easy app to use my employer, insists on it, being used to book holidays and all the rest of it to ask for shift swaps, and to be informed of what is happening at work
Imagine the frustration when you can see that a yap has come in, but the minute you touch the app it disappears
The messages are stuck somewhere, I know they exist, but I can’t find them unless I am lucky enough to know who sent the message and then I can look for that person
If this is a bug, it needs sorting out now because it sounds exactly like the one that was happening three years ago. Frustrating and annoying

Crunchy
Had the app for a few years now and truly don’t love it! The UI is very crunchy, glitchy animations, unsightly sharp edges and not well optimised for different screen shapes. Feels very dated - the likes of Yammer, Teams, even WhatsApp are far more accessible and easy to navigate. Feels like a beta version that hasn’t been updated in 6 years. Just makes it very annoying to even have installed. Even clicking on images and reacting to messages, dismissing announcements or archiving messages - nothing is easy or bug free. Does the job but as a user interface it’s horrific to the eyes and the soul.
The developers clearly DO NOT care about how visually horrific and buggy the app is because every review response is insincere and generic and they’ve not fixed the UI in the 5 years people have been complaining about it.

No Escape
Well, it gets the job done. It is slightly buggy at times, but beats other employers methods of reaching out to you.
Theme setting
Love this app but the only issue I have is that this app doesn’t allow dark theme. Can a developer look into this?

Having used the app for eve 3 years now with my current company I can reliably say it is not only a great app for inter company communication but also offers a plethora of different layers to drive business and develop social leadership skills! Having recently worked with the team at Yapster to optimise their gamification feature which has been a game changer in running incentives company wide!!

If you are looking for a platform that allows anyone in your organization to chat without giving out personal contact info, Yapster is king! Their customer service is amazing—response time is fast. Good updates
I haven't had any problem so far with the App. I like how sufficient it is when you have access to different apps in it. Also it keeps you updated about the feedback Bot and seeing post from different restaurants or HO. Very handy if you need to contact someone within the company. 👌

I’m new to the retail trade and being a part time employee I have found the app very useful as it keeps me not only up to date with day to day information regarding our store it allows me a chance to get valuable information on the company promotions and resources too
