We’re sorry, but we don’t fully recognise what’s meant by this review, as Yard AI doesn’t currently offer drawing, sketching, or image recognition for hand-drawn plans. Unable to Cancel after a brief attempt to create a design

Thank you for your feedback. We also received your email and did our best to help, including sharing how to request a refund through Apple if needed. To clarify, the weekly amount shown with the annual plan is the discounted first-year annual price divided by 52 weeks, rather than a separate weekly subscription price. We currently also have a 50% discount promo running for the first year. Since the amount mentioned here was not included in your email, we’d be grateful if you could reply to our latest message from hi@yardai.net so we can continue assisting you directly.
