Beware! App Error & No Credit Refund
I wrote to customer service to inform them that on three occasions the number of designs I paid for by credits I did not receive. So I kindly send an email to customer service about a month ago asking if I could be reimbursed for my credits? Just for my stolen credits due to an app error no financial refund. And no response, no credits, crooks!
