Brutal owner experience
I’d give it a zero if I could. No way to get help or support on the owner side. Account hasn’t worked properly for 3 months. Can’t login to the app with my online pw for some reason. Do not recommend.
Poor app and functionality
As a property owner, I’m forced to use this app because my mgmt. company uses their software. There’s no way to set alerts when a new maintenance request is submitted, we have to rely on email and phone calls. There’s no way to download all the monthly reports in one go. One must download each report monthly, they get downloaded with cryptic file names, so you need to open and rename to make sense. There’s no faq or help section. This is a terrible tool for clients to use. It may be superior for managing financials as a business (I’m not sure) but as a client who’s expecting easy to read monthly reports, set up notifications, this is hands down the worst app I have encountered.
