A top of the line company!
I’ve never bought from a company who took feedback and ran with it the way this company does! Every thing I have submitted has been implemented within 18 months! That’s unheard of. Additionally when they realized that global variations caused mechanical issues they made it right at no cost to the user! They paid for everything! The app is amazing and the system integrates with HomeKit, I have everything I could need as a normal user who isn’t looking for professional tweaks to the granular level.

Just stopped working
So the app in the Yarden system worked fine for a year or so. Something about the programs and the zones and such gets confusing, but you can figure it out after a while. The problem is the app suddenly just stopped working. It opens fine but when I click on my system, it crashes out. I’ve searched online. I’ve tried to reload the app. I’ve reset everything. It just doesn’t work now. My lawn is still getting watered, but not enough and I can’t make any changes. My other two zones are just off and I am manually watering now. It looks like I may have to go buy a own system. Can you guys push out an update or something? This has happened to others.

Good app
I’ve had Yardian now for 3 years. Switched from Rachio after they dropped HomeKit support. I’ve had no issues with Yardian, it works as it should. I would love to see a widget developed for this app.
Worst app on planet earth
Since the latest update, the app logged me out and I can’t connect to the sprinkler again. What’s worse is that when I try to install it, it says it has been paired but it doesn’t show up. Will move to a competitor, total waste of money.
Exceeded my expectations!
Great app and product! Yardian makes my life so much easier, and with their app, it's so convenient to control my sprinkler anywhere and at any time. Keep it up, Yardian team!
The only HomeKit sprinkler controller
Apple HomeKit doesn’t really provide many features but it provides an integration for my other smart home stuffs. I use most the the features through the Yardian app. Great product with superb customer support.
Nice UI overhaul
I have been a Yardian user since day 1, been satisfied with what they can provide. But recent UI overhaul just blew my mind, more user friendly, and eye catching too. Good job team! Keep up the good work!
Inaccessibility for VoiceOver Users
The latest version of the Yardian app introduces new features and a refreshed design, but it comes with a significant flaw—it is completely inaccessible to VoiceOver users. In previous versions, the app was fairly accessible, allowing users who rely on VoiceOver to manage their smart irrigation systems effectively. Unfortunately, the new update has completely broken this functionality. VoiceOver does not work at all with the updated app, rendering it unusable for anyone with vision impairments. This complete lack of accessibility is a serious issue. It not only alienates a portion of Yardian’s user base but also leaves those who depend on VoiceOver unable to manage their irrigation systems, which can be especially critical during certain seasons. Yardian must address this problem immediately. Accessibility should be a priority, and restoring VoiceOver functionality should be at the top of the list in the next update. Until then, this version of the app is essentially useless for VoiceOver users.

exceeded my expectations
I’ve been using this app for a while. The interface is user friendly, and connecting to devices was seamless working with my old and new routers. There are many features (kind of bonus!), and it took me in the beginning to find exactly what I need but it’s totally worth it. Highly recommend it!
Awful GUI
The app is horribly designed. Wouldn’t you think it should be easy to create a manual watering schedule? I mean, that’s the whole point of having an irrigation system. I have been messing around for over 20 minutes, and I can seem to find out how to add the “start” and “end” times. I have the days added, but not the times. This should be EASY AND OBVIOUS! But it’s not.

There seems to be a lot of features in the app for this device but my ISP sent me a new router and I’m scr432ed!
The device won’t connect to the new router no matter what and I have yet to get a response from their tech support. Email response is like something out of the 80s. In fact the whole app looks like something out of the 80s with the same issue with passwords and ids…remember that? Will this app has it in spades. Just wish they had a (gasp) phone! But many companies think that’s too retro (or maybe they’re to cheap to pay for a call center.)

No Switches in Homekit
I am liking the controller so far but my issue is, after added to homekit there are no switches for each zone. Essentially all I have is the setting in homekit which are minimal. Any way to fix this or is it a software thing? Also, I really wish you guys had a phone number. Emailing take way way to long.

Do not buy
This sprinkler is crap, have tried to change the program for over an hour the last few days, will not program, it’s only use now is the camera. Waste of money.
Great sprinkler controller but app has become clunky
App has become bloated and clunky, it won’t even respond anymore and just shuts down when I try to control my device.
