Forced Subscription Model

Not even worth testing because you can't. Stick to checking Craigslist or Facebook groups. Most people that are having garage sales are not even going to use this app. Could have been a great tool but it's a grift. All the developers other apps seem to be just rebranded pay to play models of this.

Reviewed the comments before trying myself, because developer seemed responsive and mentioned a free trial. There is in fact no free trial.

One thing it did do was collect a bunch of demographic information about my interest in yard sales, then asked to cross app track. Save your money and your privacy and don't even download.

Doesn’t work

I saw this app in an Instagram ad and decided to download it to check it out. I put in my zip code and it found zero sales near me or anywhere in my state, which I know is not true just from sales I’ve seen posted other places. Then it asked me for $27 to continue. I declined. Maybe you should show a working map if you want to charge $27 for this… just a thought

Is good or bad, pay to find out I guess.

No free version, no trial. Answer a few questions then they try to take your mo sy with a vague subscription page, no thank you.

Misleading and scummy

Presents itself as a free, unpaid app and then instantly demands $27 to use it. You literally are not able to access any content within the app beyond the paywall, basically making you blindly spend nearly $30 for publicity available information.

Too Many Questions

Why is a Yard Sale app asking me for so much past data before I even get to try the app. You think that dara is helpful, walk me through settings or send a followup survey. It feels like 75% of apps seem to ask 5-10 questions before you can use them but show no actual adjustment based on my responses. Stop using app access roadblocks as a source of your consumer data. Use App interactions and actual surveys.

Misrepresentation of abilities

This app states that it searches the web and finds all the sales in your area. This claim is patently false. We are still using Facebook and Craigslist and finding sales that are not shown. Waste of money, reported to Apple.

Not free

Here’s an idea. Make it free and show some ads. We are shopping garage sales cuz we are looking to save money aka we are broke

Not what I expected

I just paid $27 for a yearly subscription. I only found 1 sale in my zip code when I’d already found 20 sales on Facebook & Craigslist. I live on Cape Cod. I cancelled but I still have to pay for the year. What a waste of money. I should have taken it for a week but they don’t show how to do that.

Do NOT Waste Your Money

This app makes it sound like it will pull yard sales/estate sales from every site possible...but it does not do that. The first weekend I had it, it seemed like it pulled a bunch to "lure" me in and pay...so I paid the $27 - it didn't have any other payment options available. Then the next weekend I went to use it, there was nothing new posted and there were MULTIPLE new listings from Craigslist in that zip code. While I think this app could have potential and has a nice design, it's far away from that and misleading.

Wow I’m an idiot

Town next to me is actively having a town wide tag sale, thought this would help. It showed none of sales going on within 20 miles of me. Says you go off of permits for the sales, which seems to be a lie. Would like my money back

Needs a lot of work

Paid for this app and regret it. The “sales” in my area are all in the past, and there’s no way to filter out past sales or dates. This is not helpful to use at all. Back to Facebook marketplace and Craigslist.

Inaccurate information

The dates in the description don’t match the dates in the details section, wrong states for address and wrong year for the sales. Those are issues identified in the first five minutes of having the app. If I could get a refund I would. Lots of work needs to be done in this app.

Slaps you with an annual membership

I was offered no free trial. I answered the simplistic quest asked, and then I was met with a brick wall that requires a $27 annual fee. No trial option. No way to see any filters offered. All it said was 5 sales available within 100 miles. My travel radius for sales is NOT 100 miles. More like 10. Waste of space.

Cost money to see less than what is even on marketplace

Downloaded the app and of course you have to pay $27 for it per year. It gives you a preview of the yard sales but it didn’t find any within 30 miles of me. A quick FB or Craig list search found about 15.

Don’t waist your time

Do not waist your time getting this app. They ask you a few questions to “find” sales in your area but then require you to pay and see those sales. Better off sticking to social media and road signs for free, they show the same amount as the app.

Don’t download this app

I’m sorry this app is horrible. Downloaded it to try it has tons of bugs and is gated behind tons of paywalls.

Doesn’t work

Tried to use and it was showing TN when I was in South Carolina.

Annoying

Makes you answer a bunch of questions and dosent let you use without paying

Trial period??

The “sample” showed 2 sales and then an option to buy. So that’s all it found?? I can’t justify paying for this without seeing if it actually works

No data for my area

No pins to show sales at all in 60min radius :(
