I bought the subscription and now the picture are white. And I can’t even see the picture for the titles or the front of the stories

App doesn’t work at all
Just paid yearly, and the app doesn’t work at all! It just continues to load no matter how many times I reopen the app or delete it. Is there anyway I can get a refund as I paid over 100 for this app?
Currently broken
I downloaded the app and tried to activate a free trail but somehow ended up accidentally paying 70 bucks for a yearly subscription so I’m currently trying to get a refund for that and on top of that the app doesn’t even work it just loads the entire time and I can’t access anything at all

This app is utterly the worst text app I have downloaded in all these years of my life I’m a scary text story specialist and I don’t approve of this app u barley get anything for free it asks u “steamy or “scary” and it picks a story for u then the next episode u have to pay it’s to expensive for just a text story it’s not worth it at all
