App doesn’t load off the welcome page
I’ve brought things from here an the order time is great so are the products I’ve just got a new phone and the app won’t load off the welcome page

Live your products (and prices!) but I don’t like the app. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all, it crashes, shows all blank pages etc
I understand you have si much variety of products it’s kind of difficult but please make the si as nice as your products.

This used to work really well but now doesn’t load past the splash screen on iPhone 17 with latest iOS. Please fix

Just installed the app. Open it but it fails to load every single time. Needs an update I think.

I’m having the same issue as others with the app Jo longer working now I’ve updated to the latest iOS on iPhone

For months I have not been able to access the app at all. It just stays on the opening screen and doesn’t move. I’ve deleted and reinstalled so many times and it still doesn’t work.

Amazing Products - Glitchy App
Every single product I’ve purchased (it’s a lot) has been fantastic quality. Unfortunately the App has begun glitching and it stops loading on the welcome screen and doesn’t go any further.
Definitely worth purchasing from these guys if you’re interested (will have to be from the website though).
I’m torn between wishing the app worked because it would make shopping easier but also thankful it’s not because I’m sure I’m saving $$ not having instant access!!

Not App but for Shop
The app doesn’t work, it’s stuck on the first page & that’s it! BUT the store and its products are amazingly gorgeous! Delivery is very fast especially for us who live in remote areas in the Pilbara! 5 for store and nil for App😊
