A lot of bugs
I have been playing for about a month and it keeps freezing. I reported it but no one seems interested. I also paid 1.99 to have coins but the game took the coins and did not continue. I need the refund of the money or my coins.

The first time I purchased something on this game, it freezes and I have to start the level all over again. It really pisses me off. I want my money back a phrasing like that tells me as a scam.

Level 229
I love the game but level 229 is impassable as it keeps glitching. It takes away my trays so I only have 3 at a time and on some tries, the keys will not release therefore I can’t get anymore bobbins. It’s very frustrating.

Level 234 is super hard haven’t been able to past it for the past 2 weeks

This game glitches so bad which ends up making you fail a game. I’m playing and I buy one of the things to help you out and when you get it, the game glitches and stop. Can’t click on anything else, so you’re forced to quit and lose your little special thingy.
Glitchy - Don’t waste your time
Unless you enjoy having your power ups and lives wasted, I’d stay away from this game. There are countless glitches - ads not accurately converting power ups to your inventory, keys not activating once you’ve cleared all the surrounding tiles, the list goes on. I was stuck at level 99 and have watched probably 6 ads in order to get some power ups and every time I have used a power up there is a glitch that prevents the keys from working on this level. I’m fed up and won’t play this game again even if they fix these bugs. What an overwhelming waste of my time

So far I’ve noticed 2 glitches that can cause you to lose a round. I enjoy games like this but removing this because of those.

Glitches
This game is fun but it glitches a lot and I have to restart it over and over again cause the game just freezes sometimes and takes my money and power ups if I use money to save myself and some of these levels are cheating tbh the colors you need are all at the bottom so it’s impossible to get them

I love this game. It’s really relaxing and cute. Graphics are nice and not overwhelming but…. I’m stuck on 376.

Fun but glitches on 111
It's impossible to finish Level 111 and I have submitted two emails to tech-support with no response. I finish all the bobbins and there are still a ton of pink and blue squares left over with no bobbins to get rid of them.
6/23/26 I received a response that "this sounds like a glitch and not difficulty". I was told to submit an email with my device information, screenshots, etc., which I had already done as stated above. Not too sure they have an actual human responding to our issues. Smh
