This app is terrible
This app is awful. Between constantly—and I mean every single time you open it—asking you to turn on notifications, to always needing to “reload,” I can’t think of a worse app experience. (The reason I turned off notifications is because I don’t want them on, so stop asking!) The user interface is buggy and seemingly simple things like canceling a single day are hard to do if you’ve booked several days in one go. The only reason I use this app is because I have to. There have got to be better ones out there to do the things this one can barely do at all.

We just started using Yarooms and the mobile app has been a lifesaver. Super easy to book desks and meeting rooms and it’s made coordinating with the team much smoother. It’s simple to use and works with our calendars, so there’s no double-bookings anymore, which had previously been such a hassle. The implementation process was quick and painless too.
I love how the app generates the data that the platform turns into actually usable insights. It’s really helped us make smarter decisions about layout and capacity, and ultimately the folks using it day in and day out appreciate its simplicity.

How hard is it
This app is so simple yet can’t seem to work properly, constantly having to log in, then can’t see a map layout of the floor.

The old app was much better and more practical. Too much confusion in here. The map didn’t even show how many free spots they are leaving you the only option to look one by one cause the dots are too big and the map too small. You should try to merge home page and calendar since they are display almost the same informations. Sometimes I think that the people who develop those app, never use them.

Critical Login Issues render App unusable despite big usability improvements
The new app design is, in my opinion, a significant improvement over the old version. However, the app is unfortunately unusable due to persistent issues. Both I and all other users in our company are logged out of the app approximately 1-4 times a week, and the SSO login functionality within the app does not work correctly. To log back in, it is necessary to generate a new QR code via the web portal each time, which is highly inconvenient. This issue did not exist in the previous version of the app. Until this problem is resolved, it is not feasible to use the app. This is very disappointing.

Poor UI
A pretty awful UI that displays poorly on the smaller iPhone SE screen. Basic visual cues in interface elements are missing. I’m not sure the booking process is as flexible or user focussed as it could (should) be. Seemingly some buggy functionality too.
