My travel in Yatri vehicles has always been a Happy Ride with Polite drivers
Surprisingly faster than ola uber in getting auto
Surprisingly take less time than ola uber in assigning auto
Would not recommend, need to improve features in the App
Had a very bad experience with the app.. Tried booking a trip, cancelled it since the search was taking too long and there was no driver identified.. but the app apparently continued with the booking without my knowledge and the driver was yelling at me later..
Scam App
For the passenger it shows different location and for the driver different location. To drop to original location we were charged double amount.
Worst customer support. Driver has demanded more fare and no support from Yatri
The driver has requested an additional Rs 60 beyond the trip fare, claiming it is for the airport entry fee. However, Yatri never mentioned any extra charges for airport trips. I raised a ticket regarding this issue, but it has been over 30 hours, and I have yet to receive a response from customer support.

Issue with Map appearance
Dear team,
When travelling appearance of map is too small and the information of vehicle number and name of the driver occupies 3/4th of the screen and it keeps covering the map fully, which irritates when as a passenger wishes to check the route map or areas. I have screenshots but didn’t see any options to add it here. Do the needful.

app stucks and the window moves out of the usable space of the phone
after few attempts i was able to let it start searching for a ride
the was unable to pick the current location and end though i was booking from gurugram it was showing me the map of bangalore behind which doesn’t make sense
all in all app can be improved

Application nit working
It just gets stuck on my ios. No response. Only the map moves but nit able to enter my location or destination location after tapping
Exorbitant charges
I have encountered situations where drivers charged me exorbitant fares, even though the amount shown in the app was lower. They calculate the charges based on the distance traveled, and on occasions when I wasn't familiar with the route, some drivers took longer paths without notifying me, resulting in higher fares. Unlike Uber, where payments are conveniently processed through the app, here, you're required to make instant payments in cash or through UPI, which can be less user-friendly. Adding to the frustration is the seemingly emotionless grievance redressal department. Unfortunately, they do not offer refunds for overcharges.

OTP issue
I’m not getting OTP to login and there’s no way I can contact with customer support . The email on the website doesn’t work. Is there a way I can connect with customer support?
Glitchy App
The services itself are very good and the rates are very competitive compared to Uber and I was told that the drivers get all the fare that is charged. But the app needs serious work. It hangs and glitches like nobody’s business. Removes details of ongoing rides but also doesn’t allow to book new rides.
Another issue I noticed is that it generates the same OTP/PIN for all my rides. Seems like a loophole that can be misused. All in all the services are great but the app needs to be better.

Poor customer support
Recently i started booking in yatri app..but it has lot of flaws.. 1st and foremost waiting time n distance doesnt match.. 2 nd is driver can charge extra from us.. as they can turn on ten percent extra from their side whuch we cant see at the time of booking we have to pay extra at the time of reaching destination .. and worst part is once gv money its lost.. u r not going to get vack like uber or ola.. hope they would improve in future

Cab booking is instant and rates are good.
a few issues
prices are good and it’s good that there is no commission being taken from the drivers but this app does not show wait times or the driver’s progress properly, please fix it as it’s very frustrating

Frequent advertisement push notifications. Pls give an option in next update to disable advertisement notifications. We only need to see ride related notifications.
