My game will not load

I love playing this game but for a yr now I have not been able to load the games please fix this

Bad.

Used to really love this game but not anymore.
Constant connection issues when both my internet and device are fine. Freezing up when I open a chest . Gotten ridiculous. Game has immense potential but with all this bugs and issues it literally makes it unplayable

Crashes all the time

I love this game but I don’t like losing because the game crashes. It happens all the time. Update: I sent an email to the email address listed and the address was not found. Sadly, I have received no reply to my first review. Love the app, hate the crashes. However, there are many Yatzy dice games to choose from.

Update: still no reply. Have lost charms because of the crashes. Wish the game worked better.

Crashes all time and loosing a lot of money on game

I loose a lot of money and I am really tired of it. I really enjoy this game but loosing connection all the time when I’m getting ready to open a box and then I don’t get my box items. This is one of my favorite games to play but I’m about to give up on it. HELP ME OUT PLEASE!!!!!

Should be called Yahtzee crash

Fun game and been playing for a long time waiting for the bugs to be worked out…it never happens…constantly crashing and needs to be restarted..giving up

Love......but

I love this game.....takes a classic game and puts a new twist on it.....when you can play it that is.....so many bugs you can hardly play it half the time

Terrible server

The game is fun, but I lose connection to the game at least twice every time I play. I’m using an up to date WiFi connected device. The troubleshooting tries to blame your device but the fact that they have specific topics that are clearly happening often tells me it’s not me... it’s them. I have lost I don’t know how many games, how many daily rewards and earned chests because of the disconnections that claim server maintenance. I JUST most a game due to what I assume is a time out issue but was actively playing and marked my score while the clock was winding down. I will be deleting the app. It’s awful, don’t bother.

You're right, it's frustrating to have to play a game that constantly loses connection or one where you always seem to lose the items you win. Sadly, our organisation has gone through a lot of internal changes and the pandemic didn't make things easier. We were not able to resolve many of the bugs we were planning on fixing. Needs to be fixed

Will you please for the love of God and the sake of my insanity fix the problem with the bad connection and reconnect issues?i lm getting it almost every match sometimes more than once a match. I refuse to spend any more money on this game until that is fixed and it is not my internet

Started out good but not so great

I started using this game when it first came out and it was my favorite game. However since the update it has been full of problems. I’m constantly having to close the app and reopen just to open my chest and it constantly crashes in the middle of games. As I said before if you close out the app and reopen then you’re able to finish your game but sometimes it takes multiple times to get it done. Who wants to do that constantly?!?! If they would fix the issues then I would definitely give it 5 stars but for now it gets 2.

Fun game but has a lot of issues

I really love this game but I have a ton of issues every time I play. I constantly have to close and restart the game because after I open a box it won’t always let me open a new one. Also after upgrading one of the cards it won’t update itself so I have to restart for that too. I’ve also lost multiple boxes because when I’m opening it I get a connection error and it forces me to reconnect and it’s gone once I get back.

Please feel free to email us your player ID at support@snowballgames.io and we will reimburse you if you've lost any coins or gems during these cases. Also, please know that, even though you don't see the animation of the box opening when you are unlocking a loot box and there's a connectivity issue, the items are automatically added to your account.

Bugs galore

As soon as I open the app ..same thing ..disconnected..server maintenance...developer doesn’t care to fix the multiple bugs that has plagued this game forever ...boxes don’t open ..game crashes mid game ..losing your coins ..could be fun if fixed ....

Connection drops and I lose money and crystals

The unreliability of the connection constantly means I am losing games I was winning and there is no recompense for these loses. If I lose a game because you cannot keep a server connection working you should at least not penalize the player so let them keep their original standing and coins/crystals they had at the beginning of the match.

Keeps Disconnecting

Was really liking this game but now it just keeps disconnecting and when I try to open chests it just says please refresh game. Not all the bugs are fixed on the game.

Lots of bugs

I have been playing this game for awhile, and really enjoy it !! But it is so unstable. I get disconnected and lose games, and it freezes up a bunch. Hopefully we can get these worked out !!!!

Ok im done. I have tried to be understanding, and telling myself it is just a darn game. But with the freezing issues, i just keep going backwards !!!! Almost have s game won and boom disconnect. Over and over this happens.

I love this game, but done until you fix it !!! Please let me know when you have made some changes with your servers.

You can send you playerID to support@snowballgames.io and they will reimburse you with the coins you've lost during the times when the app disconnected.

Update

Game updated as requested and crashes as soon as a game is ready to start. Takes your coins then crashes. It’s been two weeks since the “required” update. I’m checking out for a few weeks to see if it gets fixed. If not I will find one that actually works.

What happened

What the heck happened? I have lost all of my charms and I was on level 11 and it kicked me back to level 8. I have lost tons of coins and gems!!! I have emailed multiple times and no response! Fix this crap

Crashes

Ever since the most recent update I have not been able to play a single game. It crashes within seconds of opening. Please fix it. This is my favorite game.

Connection issues

This is the worst game on connection issues even with great WiFi connection, it constantly loses connection and cost me coins! I will be deleting this game! Obviously you haven’t fixed your issues with your servers and it’s been months!
