Yawning is contagious. YawnTime is a wind-down companion built around that quirk: short videos of real people yawning, ambient sound mixes, and a simple private diary to track how you actually sleep. HOW IT WORKS Most people can't help yawning back when they see someone else yawn — it's an involuntary reflex. We've built a catalog of short, calming videos that take advantage of this, paired with layered ambient sounds. Open the app, pick a video or a sound mix, set a fade-out timer, and let it run. WHAT'S INCLUDED • A growing library of curated yawn videos — slow, soft, low-light footage designed for the moments just before bed • Ambient sound mixes — rain, ocean, wind, soft static — with adjustable volume per layer • Private sleep diary — log your bedtime, wake time, quality rating, and free-text notes. PRIVACY YawnTime is built around the idea that what happens in your bed is your business. You don't sign in. You don't make an account. Your sleep diary lives on your device — we never see it.
