App is going downhill
This app used to be so fun but it keeps making changes for the worse. It is very hard to even collect coins now. Lately, you look on the app and you might have one 5 coin around you but in the last day or so, there isn’t even a 5 coin! It is even more impossible to use those coins to purchase anything. I try almost every day to purchase something and the timer counts down only to say no more available.
Also, when you look at an offer on the map, why can’t it say what the expiration date is before you claim an offer? There are some that I have wasted my coins on because they expire too quickly and I am unable to use the offer and then I am locked out of getting something from that business for a while.
I am definitely grateful for the freebies that I have gotten in the past, but the changes keep making it more and more difficult to get anything and it isn’t worth the time.
One more thing, I’ve also been having problems with the app saying that I am moving too fast to claim but I am sitting still parked in a parking spot. 😕

Declining
I loved this app until recently. It’s almost impossible to get coins now. There is a 5 coin nearby and that’s it. It use to motivate me to go on walks and collect coins as I did. It was also fun to enjoy with friends and compete on who got the gift cards. I don’t know if they are trying to minimize people getting cards by not earning as much, so to be honest I’ll drop this app and rate it lower for this change. Happy to bring the rating back up once they bring back the coins.

WORTH IT!
So much fun and stoked to get free gift cards for some of my favorite places to shop and eat. Yaystack rivals my Amex Platinum perks in store benefits 😆 but there’s no fee to play on Yaystack! Worth downloading!

Very disappointed with what this app has turned into
This app was awesome! My daughter and all her friends were on it. This app used to give away $25,$50 dollar gift cards to places that people actually want to go to…now they only have $3 m&ms and $4 popcorn… EVEN WORSE, theses “gift cards” expire now?! Good luck to you If you want to get any decent gift cards now, try inviting 50 new people just for a $10 Starbucks gift acts that expires in 2 days!!

Fun to use
The app is fun to use, and the customer service is excellent. We’ve also gotten to try several places we would not normally go to. I would highly recommend it.
The BEST APP
To have the phrase “make a yay in someone’s day” says everything about this app! Every time a notification comes across that a new drop has been completed, I get a huge smile and arrange my day accordingly planning to see where to be to grab a Yaystack! I’ve even tried new restaurants, a skin care place and a new nail place simply from being able to grab a Yay. We LOVE YAYSTACK!!!!!

Everytime I go to a place and try to use the code it never works. There’s been multiple times where I came to chick-Fil- A and I had to spend my own money instead of using the code and getting my reward.
Like geocaching-with real money!
Love this app. Sometimes it’s like a fun treasure hunt to find the exact spot for the Yay! Have gotten many prizes from places I love and others I was happy to try for the first time.
