YCACLOCK

YCACLOCK is Young Corporation of America's time clock for staff who work in a place: our offices, and jobs out of them. It is for our own team; you need an account that an administrator has approved. ONE TAP AT THE OFFICE Clock in when you arrive and out when you leave. The app checks that you are at one of your offices and records the time and the place with each clock-in and clock-out, so your hours are right without paperwork. YOUR HOURS The Log shows your week: each day, each session, and the week's total with overtime marked. YOUR LOCATION WHILE YOU'RE CLOCKED IN This is an employer's app: while you are clocked in, it shares your phone's location with your company's administrators, even with the app closed and the phone locked, so they can see where their staff are on the clock (on the road, at a customer, at the office). The app tells you so while you're clocked in, and records nothing while you're clocked out. If you leave your office while clocked in, it clocks you out at that moment and tells you; you can turn this off in Settings, and it then asks whether you meant to clock out instead. NOTIFICATIONS Up to you: word when you leave your office while clocked in, a reminder if you are still clocked in late in the evening, and word when your account is approved. PRIVACY While you're clocked out, the app records nothing but the moments you arrive at or leave an office you are assigned to. Where your phone went while you were clocked in is seen only by your company's administrators, and deleted after 90 days. No ads, and nothing is used for advertising. Details: https://ycaclock.web.app/privacy Remote work is done on the company's desktop app, not on the phone.
