What happened?
August 20, 2026 update: thank you for updating this app. It is back to being useful again. I can rotate my cameras to preset positions. Can access camera features again.
Since latest update I can no longer rotate any of my cameras to preset positions, can’t move them at all and I can’t access ant if the sd cards to format them. Please correct these problems.

Playback blue bar too faint
Why is the playback colour light blue bar ? So hard to see.
Terrible new interface
I hate how the new layout looks. I preferred the old one where all cameras are stacked on top of each other.

I have always liked this app until the newest update! I have always been able to delete a full day at a time now I have to do it in small amounts takes far too long if I try to select all it gives me an error. Sort it out please.
Cannot connect
Camera failed during firmware update. Now I cannot connect unless I can replace the firmaware first! Can you help?

С каждым газом все хуже и хуже приложение, куча рекламы. Последнее обновление вообще напхали всего что можно на основной экран вместо того что надо. Теперь обзор камер не удобный зато куча всякой фигни на экране на первом плане.

Everything broken after last update
It worked fine until the last update broke everything. The app won't connect to the camera and freezes all the time.
They wanted to make it "pretty" but they completely messed it up.

New update
I’m not liking the new update it’s not as user friendly as the old format .now you have to search to find the features that were up front . It’s a little bit aggravating!
Still Have bug problems
This camera problem is STILL not fixed. The device repeatedly goes offline with “Network connection error / Device offline” messages, making live view and PTZ controls completely unusable.
I have checked the network, restarted the device and tried to resolve the problem many times, but nothing has changed. Even worse, when I tried to contact support about this ongoing issue, my email was rejected and could not even be delivered.
This is supposed to be a HOME SECURITY CAMERA. A security camera that randomly goes offline and cannot be accessed when you need it is simply not reliable.
This problem has gone on long enough. Instead of adding unnecessary features, FIX THE BASIC CAMERA CONNECTION PROBLEM. Users depend on these cameras for the safety of their homes.
Very disappointing and unacceptable. I will change this review only when the camera problem is properly fixed.

You can't not format your SD card anymore you will have tons off ads and the interface is so weird on two colours blac and white do something and resolve this problems
ANNOYING ADS!!
So you PAY them for the camera, then you have to sit through the most intrusive and stubborn annoying FULL SCREEN ADS before you can view your camera.

Bogged down with adverts that take you to app store instead of closing. Given up and binned hardware.
Приложение не работает уже как 2 недели
Постоянно куча рекламы, заходить в приложение нужно по 10 минут, потому что раз на 10 только прогружает, и то не всегда, и каждый раз нужно смотреть рекламу.

Imagine paying a subscription for an app and then still getting ads.. a bunch of greedy people running this app. Avoid this BS AT ALL COSTS
