Still Have bug problems
This camera problem is STILL not fixed. The device repeatedly goes offline with “Network connection error / Device offline” messages, making live view and PTZ controls completely unusable.
I have checked the network, restarted the device and tried to resolve the problem many times, but nothing has changed. Even worse, when I tried to contact support about this ongoing issue, my email was rejected and could not even be delivered.
This is supposed to be a HOME SECURITY CAMERA. A security camera that randomly goes offline and cannot be accessed when you need it is simply not reliable.
This problem has gone on long enough. Instead of adding unnecessary features, FIX THE BASIC CAMERA CONNECTION PROBLEM. Users depend on these cameras for the safety of their homes.
Very disappointing and unacceptable. I will change this review only when the camera problem is properly fixed.

You can't not format your SD card anymore you will have tons off ads and the interface is so weird on two colours blac and white do something and resolve this problems
ANNOYING ADS!!
So you PAY them for the camera, then you have to sit through the most intrusive and stubborn annoying FULL SCREEN ADS before you can view your camera.

Lousy Ads at Startup
The app used to work well but now they have full screen ads at startup that take over the app and keep it from starting without many clicks and an unwanted visit to the Apple App Store. When it works it is fine but too difficult to start and use now. I would ditch it in a second if I could find a different app.

Bad application
So bad application with tooooo many forced ads that can’t be skipped and no feature to remove ads. Very soon will stop using the cams and app.

You have to watch an advertisement for a couple of minutes until your camera open
Wretched Adverts
Advert after advert after advert that seem to be designed to redirect you to the App Store no matter how hard or often you try to close the advert. If anyone knows of a better app PLEASE post here 👍

Sham product
This company is a sham. The product is constantly showing advertisements which is unsolicited. You can’t get out of it. What’s the point of a security camera that takes ages to get into it after clearing constant advertising this and that!!!!!! Will never recommend this product to anyone, PERIOD

Garbage Ads and Low Range
The camera functionality works fine. However, the Wi-Fi ranges isn’t as good as most cameras are. Also, the thanks I get from this company for buying their cameras is an app that absolutely ridden with the worst garbage ads I’ve ever seen in my life! I basically have to keep this app open in the background or keep a notification open, so that I can circumvent the absolute trash ads that have been put on here.
Had I known it was going to be like this, I would’ve bought something else!
