This product worked really well for a while, but now it doesn’t work at all. It no longer turns on or off and I’ve been unable to find a way of contacting the company for support. I’m hoping it just needs it’s software updated to deal with the new iOS, but have no way of knowing whether the company is working on an upgrade.

Don’t update App
Updated to latest version of App and now I can’t turn socket On or Off

Wifi Power socket
Does what it says, does a very basic turn things on and off via my iPhone.
Given the flexibility that a computer programmed controlled device could have, I’m disappointed that the time options aren’t more sophisticated. I expected the controlled on/off times to be linked to time zones, day light saving and sunset/sunrise times at least. As it stands now the times have to be frequently adjusted manually as the sunset/rise times and seasons change.
