Thank you for the feedback. Thanks for pointing out the bug in the iPad which we missed during our testing. We will put through an update asap to resolve this. With regards the gas price .... the gas price is calculated by Geth on our servers, and it selects the 75% highest gas price of the average gas prices in the last couple of blocks, usually that’s enough to make sure the transaction works, but if the network is under extreme load it may not be high enough… If you tap the gear icon next to the fee you can set your own gas price to ensure transactions go through. With regards your money being stuck... given that you can export the private keys from your iPhone, you should be able to use these in a different app. Please feel free to email us you you have further concerns and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
