Terrible app
Terrible app does not work. Keep on giving API loss code. No way to context support. The lock itself is dirty and nice but only pin code works fingerprint stops working I have to keep on reading enrolling.
Door lock
Works pretty good. Takes a while to load sometimes but other then that it works great
Insecure and Not Supported
We bought two of these locks. One works fine. The other consistently (at least once every three days) into “open when any key is pressed “ mode. No one at the company speaks English. They will not respond to me when I fill out a support request. If you like locks on your doors that can open anytime anyone touches them, then this lock is for you. It wouldn’t be so bad if they had a reliable support service that would respond to us. They don’t.

I wouldn’t go back to the key lock door after using this finger print entry ever again! It’s better than warm cherry pie with whip cream! I love it!
Clavier
Le clavier va pas très bien.
Il est difficile de composé 6 chiffres et que le clavier l’accepte.
Par contre l’empreinte digital va bien!

Needs work to app
It keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth so you can’t add fingerprint or password.
