Helpful app but can be improved. No option to make modifications on the account, for example changing the phone number in case it’s needed. Also no option to contact you

It says it sends an SMS to you to verify you, but the SMS never arrives, tried with multiple numbers. Waste of time.

You will wait far too long for rides (if they even show up)
Extremely long wait times / no-shows
Drivers often take way too long to arrive or don’t come at all. Even calling the drivers doesn’t help - I often get hung up on. I usually try to request a ride at least 45 mins before I need one but unfortunately that doesn’t work most of the time due to the delays.

Awful and never works
I always end up waiting over 30 minutes. Every driver cancels or says that their meter is “out of battery” so that they can charge triple the amount. It simply does not work as an app that tries to be like Uber.
Frustrating
Drivers like to end the trip when they pick you up so they charge their own prices.

Scam drivers
Drivers ask more based on your look, unprofessional why should an adult act like a kid. I understand you want to eat, so other don’t they?
Garbage
Drivers accept rides and then cancel after 10-15 minutes 90% of the time. The ONE time a driver showed up he wanted double the price shown on the app. Apparently drivers are not penalized for this behavior so what do you expect?

Been trying to get a ride for 30 min. Booking cancelled, booking cancelled, booking cancelled. Drivers don’t move
Drivers never arrive
I’ve booked about seven rides in Kigali now and none of the drivers have turned up. You book a moto then watch it drive in the opposite direction on the map on the app. After booking a car for the first time, I called the driver and she said she picked up someone else so wasn’t coming either. Tried again, and watched the next car drive off in the opposite direction on the map, until I cancelled, once more. Pointless.

It hurts to say, but don’t waste your time
I was hoping this app would help us get around Kigali to see all the sights. The app works great, but drives do not respond to it!! I couldn’t get it to work one time. We resorted to flagging down taxis instead.
Useless
Unreliable and doesn’t work when you need it to. First time using it the taxi driver showed up with a flat tire (!). Took forever to get to the destination. Once Uber or Bolt starts operating in Rwanda, this company will rightfully close down immediately.
Service is not reliable
I was connected to a driver but he never moved on the map. I called him three times and he said he was on his way. After 20 minutes he canceled. I won’t use this app again.
