Used to be able to receive and send messages to customers who enquired about quotes now you have to pay to activate that feature. Shame the world is just full of greed.

Please don’t humiliate labour people if quote doesnt suits you dont contact the company least have a respect to it. We are not from mars we have families and friends and bills to pay most yell sponsored companies respectful companies I am sorry if you had bad experience but we are not all at all dodgy companies many of us decent and please respect us and you are responsible of your own judgment

My whole advertising has been sold out to other 3rd party advertising platforms , something that I never signed up for , my whole advertising program has been miss sold , Yell customers service is so bad they won’t own up to or do anything about it for passing on my personal data,
