Quit Working
I ran it each night until it just quit playing on my phone. I tried to contact them and got nothing or any help. This was an excellent app until it turned into a dungpile.
Paying for an app that won’t work
The app was great at first, however it has stopped working and I can no longer listen to any music that I hadn’t downloaded already, and I can’t even customize those sounds with adding in nature sounds anymore. Paid 30$ for the subscription for nothing when I renewed it this month after having the app/subscription for the past like 2-3 years Not impressed to say the least.

Renewal SCAM
Supposedly canceled a year ago, can’t use it because I canceled it, but they just hit me for a renewal again. Beware this is one of those little leeches that keeps sucking after you think you’ve gotten it off year after year after year.
BEWARE
I can NOT get customer support after trying to reach out several times. Maybe this review will be read! I renewed the app in October with payment, it is now February and there is still no service. I cannot access any music or even come close to a resolution for refund.
When the app was working I enjoyed the music. My one star rating would be much different if I could access music.
Beware if you get this app customer service is nonexistent. There are plenty of other music apps!

I Love the app
But it would not let me sign to it
App is not working
Everything has been deleted and not able to be retrieved. The developers must have quit. The app no longer provides a service.
No longer working
The app worked great for 2 years, then all I could play were my downloads - then nothing. Contacted the developer, no response. I have requested a refund.
Trouble with the app
So, I was going to go listen to sleep music on the app bc I didn’t feel like finding the remote and it’s dark. So I went onto the app and it would show any music. So I thought it just might be glitching and I could just delete all of my storage to help it. It still did the same thing. So I went to delete the app and downloaded it back and it made me sign in and it said it wouldn’t work. So idk what’s wrong the the app bc I tried everything that would work. And I hate that this app isn’t working bc this is like the only app that has the most sleep music without any ads. I even went to see some of the reviews and someone said they were having the same the happen as me.

LIFE CHANGING..can’t sleep without this!…buuut..
Update: as of 10/29, ALL of the songs and sounds have apparently been removed from the app? Not sure if it’s a bug/glitch, or if it was removed intentionally. I can’t see a single song anymore :(
This app was seriously LIFE CHANGING, but it unfortunately must’ve had a really lazy developer or one who didn’t know how to properly make an app. What an absolute shame :/ because of the recent break, I now wish I could give this zero stars.
The sounds and collections in this app are literal lifesavers as someone who is a severe insomniac. That being said, the “set music length” button in the app does absolutely nothing. There is NO timer in the app, which is honestly kind of a must have for using it when I sleep. I’ve missed alarms because of this app… There are a few other small bugs, but that is my biggest gripe. Developers, PLEASE add/fix the timer issue.

Garbage
There is absolutely no support for this app what so ever. Don’t waste your money. First the music disappeared off the loading page and now the login doesn’t work despite another year on the sub. I will look into visa refunding this purchase.
App not working
I used this app everyday. A few days ago it just stopped working. I can't login or even reset my password. Nothing seems to work. App is useless.
Love It
I downloaded this app the summer of 2020 (after using one of the videos on their YouTube page and found it it was an app), and I’ve been using it ever since (making it two years at this point). As someone who has has sleep issues as long as they can remember, this app is the only thing that helps me sleep. I’m also autistic with high anxiety, and this app is one of the very few things that can help calm me down. I will admit, I only use one specific track (Zen Meditation 071), but it has literally worked miracles for me. I’ve had very few issues with it, and none in the last year. Customer service was able to fix it pretty quick when it did happen. Cannot recommend enough!

Ashame this cannot be streamed to speaker like google home and the sorts. Don’t really wanna play music from my phone all the time.

You have to pay a subscription and it’s not really worth the money with their you tube channel but I still love yellow brick and their channel

I love this app! The music is so soothing and I love the customizable sound effects. I can completely relax and drift away….beautiful.

When I downloaded the app and registered I was immediately asked to pay I do not recommend this app as there is nothing free and might as well listen to it on You tube as that is free I am not impressed
