As user friendly as a brick to the face
I have worked with some awful software over the years but this one takes the crown. Nothing is simple with this app. Everything is the long way around. Avoid it

Works well just needs to be paired with the website page and commissions setup.

Site Inspections
This application is a good format but does need to be paired with the webpage when using the mobile device. Once commissions are setup the system works seamlessly and and follow up actions are made clear with regular notifications provided. Good training videos within the webpage version which explain the operation of the application in full.

Clunky badly designed. Awful.
Worst App Every (not fit for purpose)
This app does not work correctly it never has, only half of people observations show up most of the time.
Shocking
If you had minus stars I’d be choosing those. This system has got to be the worst on the market. You’re better off using spreadsheets and PowerBi to gather data. Avoid buying it.
Patently awful
Yellow jacket is the most frustrating interface I have ever had to deal with. The desktop version is slow, not user-friendly and littered with pit-holes. The app at least is quicker but is over-complicated. It is so easily sorted but the app is not targeted for end user; instead it is weaponised by main contractors to target subcontractors.

Unfinished software
This first software where everything is confusing. You have to pass so many steps, you have to so many things if you want add observation. Where no descriptions where indicates what each action do. People who made this software they don't what all things do. And most annoying things that you can't skip things if you don't know.

Been waiting for this app as I use the desktop version but it won't allow me to login using the same details I use on DS version.... Disappointed
